You can return a delivered artwork within 14 calendar days, if it is in the same physical condition as it was when you received it. Unfortunately, you cannot return the custom-made giclees done on your special request.
When returning a delivered artwork, we cannot offer you refund for your original domestic or international shipping charges, or framing charges.
Term of returns
You have up to 14 calendar days from the day of delivery to return an artwork purchased, if it is in its original condition.
Artworks can be returned at the Customer’s will, or due to the Seller’s error.
Returns are free for the artworks which are bundled by error, or which are damaged or defective. Returns are handled by the Seller through Pochta Rossii shipping carrier.
Refunds on returns are made within 30 business days from the day the artwork is received at the Seller’s facility.
Returns options
Returns by courier
Available for Moscow customers only. Returns by courier costs are 400 RUR. Simultaneously returning a previous and delivering a new artwork item costs by courier are 400 RUR.
Returns through shipping carrier
We cannot offer free returns. Returns through shipping carrier are handled at the customer’s cost.

Please be aware that returns are handled through the shipping carriers listed in “About our shipping and delivery polices”.
You must have a list of the contents made by the shipping carrier for returns. Bundling by error claim without a list of the contents is not accepted.
We can withdraw your return, if the artworks being returned do not meet the criteria for returns eligibility:
- Crippling and deformation of carrier’s packing (please use the original packing, and check the sticky tape quality);
- Cash and collect on delivery.
We offer you full refund for the artworks being purchased and returned, in our default of return.
Refund
Refunds on returns are in the form of the original payment.
- Credit or debit card. The refund amount is credited within 30 business days from the day
- Return of money through PayPal within 10 working days from the receipt of the returned artwork.
